The Vegas Golden Knights announced Saturday they have signed captain Mark Stone to a two-year, $18-million contract extension that will pay him $9 million annually. The contract will kick in after the upcoming season when the eight-year, $76-million contract extension he signed in 2019 expires. In 2025-26, Stone scored 28 goals and recorded 45 assists, which resulted in a career-high 73 points in 60 regular-season games.
