Purdue had all the momentum it could possibly ask for. The Boilermaker offense stood a mere five yards away from the opposing endzone and a chance to tie things up against Indiana, which had risen all the way up to No. 2 in the country and entered Ross-Ade Stadium with a chance to cap off […]
Borussia Dortmund returned to winning ways in the Bundesliga this evening, beating Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 in a close affair at the BayArena thanks to headed goals from Aaron Anselmino and Karim Adeyemi. Leverkusen scored late on to make things nervy for Dortmund, but BVB held on for the win and left Leverkusen with much-needed three […]
You had your fill of turkey, overate on the yams, and somehow made it through seeing your least favorite relatives alive. Which is to say you didn’t want to see them alive, but there they were. Now it’s time for the Hot Stove to heat up, as a few cast-off depth relievers aren’t cleansing the […]
Greg Oden, Marcus Camby, Joel Przybilla, JJ Hickson, Robin Lopez, Mason Plumlee, Jusuf Nurkic, Hassan Whiteside and Deandre Ayton have served as Portland Trail Blazers starting centers over the past two decades. Each one contributed to the Blazers in their own unique way with varying levels of effectiveness. Donovan Clingan has joined that club this […]
Barcelona boss Hansi Flick was full of praise for Raphinha after Saturday’s 3-1 win over Alaves at Camp Nou in La Liga. The Brazilian was back in the starting XI and put in a strong showing as the Catalan giants came from behind to take all three points. Flick was thrilled to see Raphinha back […]
SEGABABA with travel for both teams.
The Los Angeles Rams have just six games left in the regular season ahead of their Week 13 matchup with the Panthers. With that in mind, many fantasy football leagues are about to wrap up their regular seasons even sooner. Leagues usually have a 13 to 14-week regular season; it’s time for a check-in. Fantasy […]
The Boston Celtics have been a better team than the Cleveland Cavaliers this season based on their numbers. The Celtics — despite missing All-NBA wing Jayson Tatum and trading away two starters — have compiled a better offensive rating and net rating than Cleveland. They’re also just a game and a half behind Cleveland in […]
It’s Thanksgiving weekend, and while the European leagues continue with the first half of their seasons, Major League Soccer is nearing its final matchups. Today, the conference finals take place, with the winners of both matches advancing to the MLS Cup Final next weekend. In the Eastern Conference, the 3 seed Inter Miami will take […]
The Atlanta Falcons, thanks to their pathetic overall history, have a winning record against just seven of 32 teams in the NFL. The New York Jets are not only one of those seven teams, but they are also the team against whom the Birds have the most statistical success against across the league. Though they […]
When Jordan Lawlar was called up the first time in September of 2023, I think most D’Backs fans and most prospect evaluators expected the young shortstop to be up in the Major Leagues and well on his way to being an established fixture in the Diamondbacks lineup going into the 2026 . I’d also think […]
Just a few weeks ago, most Dallas Cowboy fans assumed Trevon Diggs would likely never suit up for the Cowboys again after being placed on injured reserve earlier in the season. But after a three-game win streak and the playoffs becoming a real possibility, it looks like Diggs will soon be back. The secondary has […]
I’m not a superstitious person, but when it comes to the Portland Trail Blazers and their decades old injury curse, I’m considerably stitious. It has robbed the team of three different potential dynasties, destroyed eras, seasons, and careers. The Curse has famously been represented by a hydra, made of the collective knees of Bill Walton, […]
Welp, the Frank Ragnow unretirement tour is over before it could even get started.
It was announced earlier in the week that Ragnow, a four-time Pro Bowl center for the Detroit Lions, would be making a comeback . The story was a surprise, to be sure. But I imagine it was welcome news for Lions fans, who were in search of a spark and a boost to the offensive line. However, that isn’t happening now that Ragnow has failed his physical and will remain out of action.
Here is the announcem...
The Portland Trail Blazers may have missed out on the 2025 NBA Cup Tournament but the season goes on. That includes two games added to Portland’s schedule to balance them with tournament participants. The NBA has now announced those games. They are: To Portland’s advantage, these are winnable games. The Blazers have beaten the Warriors […]
The Cleveland Browns head into Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season with the possibility that QB Shedeur Sanders could change the future of the franchise. Sander’s starting debut was good enough to be named the starter, even if it was just “good enough.” The Browns starter has an uphill battle given some of his […]
Friday wasn’t the first time the Lakers had lined up across from Anthony Davis in a Mavericks jersey or even the first time AD had returned to Los Angeles since the deal, but it was the first time both of those things occurred in the same game. Last season, injury kept Davis out of the […]
Georgia Tech Volleyball closed out their 2025 regular season campaign getting swept by #4 Pittsburgh 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-7), finishing with a 16-13 overall record and 11-9 in ACC play. The Jackets have been hovering in the bubble zone to potentially receive an at-large bid in the NCAA Tournament. If they do make it, it […]
After opening the week as 11.5 point favorites according to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Virginia Cavaliers have dropped to be favored by 8.5 points in Saturday night’s Commonwealth Clash against the Virginia Tech Hokies. At 9-2, the ‘Hoos are a win away from an ACC Championship berth and the opportunity to clinch an automatic bid to […]
It is fair to say that Liverpool FC are currently having the worst title defense in Premier League history. Buried on the second page of the standings, the Reds are not an obvious, easy slam dunk pick to win at lowly West Ham United tomorrow. That’s how far they’ve fallen now. Given how they had […]

The Miami Dolphins are expected to make a roster move on Saturday, bringing back a key member of their offense after a stint on injured reserve. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Miami will activate tight end Darren Waller from injured reserve, making him eligible for the team’s Week 13 game against the New Orleans […]
Just two months after they lost to the depleted San Francisco 49ers on Thursday Night Football, the Los Angeles Rams are almost the consensus pick as best team in the NFL with a 9-2 record and a 6-2 record against winning teams. Fans are in agreement, voting this week that 99-percent of Rams faithful is […]
Thoughts on a 100-56 win against Bethune-Cookman: This game was set up to be sluggish. Indiana, in recent home wins against Incarnate Word and Lindenwood, has played down to its competition. The Hoosiers were also wrestling with a noon tip ...

GEAUX!!! Playing Nice: Zachary Junda and Jack Shields Three Specific Predictions: Saul Garcia Win or lose, today will be a momentous day for the LSU football program. First of all, this will be LSU’s first time ever playing a game inside the state of Oklahoma. We throw the word “historic” around a lot, but this […]
Arizona has brought the Territorial Cup back to Tucson, winning the rivalry game with ASU for the third time in four seasons. And it did so despite some of the worst grades of the season for the team as a whole and the offense specifically. The UA’s team grade of 69.1 ranked third-lowest in 2025, […]
