The new additions to the roster are doing their part and contributing to a team that finds themselves in a playoff spot by points percentage, and there are some internal improvements that are thankfully compensating enough for some disappointments elsehwere. The Philadelphia Flyers are no strangers to a reclamation project, and there’s another worthy one on waivers. The Pittsburgh Penguins waived Philip Tomasino on Tuesday, with teams able to claim him for free.
