Nebraska WBB 103 Northwestern State 46: Recap

Apologies for the delayed recap! Both Jaden and I had work obligations yesterday. This was a game that the Husker women should have won easily and they did. Outside of a blip in the third quarter when scoring was relatively even, Nebraska held the Lady Demons to single digit scoring in each period. We got […]

Colts players not shaken by uncharacteristic loss

The Indianapolis Colts came back down to Earth in Week 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers after a blistering, league-best 7-1 start to the season. Long story short, the Colts were simply outmatched over the course of four quarters, but is it enough to warrant hitting the panic button? The players don’t believe so. Quite frankly, […]

Tuesday Cheese Curds: Lots to fix in Green Bay right now

There’s a lot going on in Green Bay right now. Tucker Kraft’s knee is shot, leaving the offense without its most effective player. Nate Hobbs is hurt, leaving the secondary perilously thin (even if Hobbs wasn’t playing particularly well). The offense seems scattershot. The defense can’t stop the run. And on top of all of […]

2025 Season in Review: Salvador Perez

If this were 20 years ago, this review would be simple. Thirty homeruns and over a hundred RBIs? That’s an A; thanks for reading. But, well, it’s not 20 years ago, so we can – and should – dig into things a little bit deeper. First, let’s check the WAR numbers. WAR isn’t the be-all, […]
